PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) offers distinct advantages over traditional embroidery or leather. It is a modern, technical material that allows for a level of precision and durability that other methods cannot match.

Unlike thread which absorbs water and mud, PVC is completely hydrophobic. It wipes clean instantly, making it the #1 choice for outdoor workwear and adventure brands.

The molding process allows for multi-layered designs. We can stack layers to create a true 3D sculpted look that pops off the hat, offering a tactile experience.

We can match Pantone colors exactly. The colors in PVC do not fade in the sun or bleed in the wash, ensuring your brand identity remains crisp for years.

Despite looking rugged, our soft rubber formula is flexible. It contours perfectly to the curve of the hat crown without feeling stiff or heavy on the forehead.
PVC patch hats offer a different look and performance compared to embroidered or woven patch hats, using soft rubber patches with layered details and strong durability.

A sleek, single-level surface with crisp lines. Ideal for complex logos with small text where legibility is the priority.

Rounded, raised elements that create depth and shadow. This style gives a premium, high-end look and feels substantial to the touch.

Using phosphorescent pigments, we create patches that charge in the light and glow green or blue in the dark. A favorite for nightlife events and safety gear.

We can use clear PVC as a base or top layer, creating unique “see-through” effects or water-droplet textures that are impossible with fabric patches.
Our custom PVC patch hats cover the most popular cap styles used for outdoor, tactical, workwear and lifestyle branding.

Mid‑profile trucker hats and snapbacks with PVC rubber patches on the front panel are a go‑to choice for bold, casual branding.

5 panel and rope hats provide a flat front area that pairs perfectly with square or rectangular PVC patches

Performance polyester and mesh‑back hats with PVC patches work well for active, outdoor and workwear applications.

PVC patches also work on beanies and cold‑weather hats, giving winter styles a durable, high‑impact logo treatment.

Made from Ripstop or Multicam fabric. Usually features a Velcro front panel specifically designed for interchangeable PVC morale patches. The buttonless top accommodates headsets.

The stiff buckram front of a trucker hat provides the perfect rigid backing for a heavy PVC patch, preventing the fabric from sagging under the weight. The mesh back keeps it cool.

The seamless front panel allows for larger PVC patches without a center seam interfering with the sewing channel or the patch’s flatness. A modern, streetwear look.

A modern combination. The technical look of a waterproof rope hat pairs perfectly with the technical, matte finish of a silicone patch. Ideal for golf and outdoor sports.
How the patch attaches to the hat is just as important as the patch itself. We offer secure, professional attachment methods tailored to your specific usage requirements, whether for permanent branding or interchangeable utility.

Every patch is molded with a recessed “sewing channel” around the border. This allows us to stitch the patch securely to the cap without the thread cutting into the design, ensuring maximum durability that glue cannot match.

Ideal for tactical or interchangeable designs. We sew the “Hook” side to the patch and the “Loop” side to the hat. This allows customers to swap patches instantly, popular in the outdoor and airsoft markets (Morale Patches).

For ultra-thin silicone transfer patches, we use industrial heat presses. This creates a seamless, bond-like finish that looks like it is part of the fabric, perfect for performance and activewear hats where weight matters.

For promotional events or short-term use, we can apply a strong 3M adhesive backing. While convenient for giveaways, we always recommend sewing for any retail-grade headwear to prevent peeling.
While embroidery is traditional, PVC is functional. This makes it the preferred branding method for industries that operate in tough environments or demand a modern aesthetic.

Durability is key. Units use PVC patches for unit insignias and blood type identifiers because they don’t fray or absorb blood/oil.

Saltwater and rain ruin embroidery. Fishing charters and outdoor brands prefer PVC because it withstands the elements and washes clean after a muddy trip.

A massive market for “Morale Patches.” Teams collect and trade custom PVC patches, attaching them to their hats and tactical vests via Velcro.

Oil and grease resistance. Racing teams, off-road clubs, and auto detailers prefer PVC because it doesn’t absorb stains like fabric. It wipes clean after a day in the garage or on the track.

The matte, technical look of silicone fits the “fitness aesthetic” perfectly. It handles sweat without staining or smelling.

Brands looking for a futuristic, industrial vibe use 3D PVC to create logos that stand out physically from the garment.

Yes. Once your custom PVC patch is developed, we can apply it to multiple hat styles—such as trucker hats, 5 panels and beanies—within the same program.
The mold fee is USD50 for each design, and it covers the cost of CNC machining a metal plate for your specific design. Unlike printing, we cannot just “hit print.” However, this fee is one-time only. You won’t pay it again for re-orders of the same design.
No. PVC works with solid blocks of color. If your logo has gradients or photographic details, we recommend Sublimated Patches or Printed Patches instead. PVC is best for bold, vector-style art.
No. Our PVC is UV-resistant and heat-resistant. Unlike cheap screen printing that can crack, or stickers that peel, a sewn-on PVC patch will likely outlast the hat fabric itself.
Standard PVC is a plastic. However, we also offer Silicone Patches which are considered more eco-friendly, softer, and heat resistant. Let us know if you prefer Silicone over PVC.
Yes. We can add phosphorescent powder to the PVC mixture. The white or light-colored parts of your logo will glow green in the dark after being charged by light.
