While caps generally do not carry ANSI class ratings like vests, our Hi-Vis fabrics meet the chromaticity requirements for background materials used in safety standards, making them an essential part of a compliant uniform.
Neon pigments are sensitive to UV. However, we use UV-resistant polyester dyes which hold color significantly longer than cotton. For maximum longevity in outdoor work, we recommend our polyester performance fabrics.
Avoid Red, Yellow, Gold, and Light Grey. These colors lack contrast against orange and will make your logo unreadable. Always choose Black, Navy, or White for the best results.
Yes. We can send a fabric swatch kit containing our Blaze Orange, Safety Yellow, and Burnt Orange fabrics so you can verify the shade meets your safety or fashion requirements.
No. Our hats are Soft Caps (Baseball caps, Truckers, Beanies) designed for visibility and sun protection. They do not provide impact protection and should not be used in zones where ANSI-rated hard hats are required. They are perfect for off-site work, driving, or landscaping.
