A 5-Panel Camper (Jet Cap) has a low profile, a flat bill, and side panels with eyelets. A 5-Panel Baseball Cap (often called an A-Frame) has a high profile, a structured front, and resembles a trucker hat without the center seam.
Yes! A popular trend is to use Nylon for the side panels (for breathability) and Fleece or Suede for the bill and top panels. This creates a unique, high-value look.
Our standard nylon is water-repellent (light rain beads off). We can also source specialized waterproof/breathable fabrics with sealed seams for high-performance outdoor brands upon request.
For standard colours in our stock fabrics (Nylon, Canvas, Corduroy), the MOQ is 100 pieces. If you need a specific Pantone dye or rare fabric, the MOQ may be higher.
