Our Custom Hats Manufacturing Process
Step 1 Send the Inquiry
Send us a detailed description of the hats you have in mind, don’t forget to let us know where you are based and feel free to add your logos or any files that could help us.
Step 2: Get a Quote
A sales representative will contact you within 6 hours with a detailed quote. The same person will handle your inquiry from day 1 to delivery and answer all your questions.
Step 3 Tech Pack Appoval
Send us a detailed description of the hats you have in mind, don’t forget to let us know where you are based and feel free to add your logos or any files that could help us.
Step 4: Start Sample
We’ll proceed with a sample after the tech pack is approved. Sampling time is roughly 20 days, and HD pictures from different angles are sent for approval. Additionally, shipping arrangements can be made.
Step 5 Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved, bulk production starts. Please relax while we work our magic for roughly 30 days.
Step 6: Shipment Delivery
The hats passed our quality control and are now ready for shipping. We ship worldwide, both by air (3-6 business days) and by sea (30 days), and we always provide a tracking number.
