No. We are a custom manufacturer. We produce “Columbia-Style” or “PFG-Style” hats that offer comparable performance, fit, and materials, but they are branded with YOUR logo, not theirs. This offers you better pricing and full customization control.
Snapback has an open back with a plastic strap (One Size Fits Most). Flexfit has a closed back with an elastic band that stretches to fit. Flexfit offers a cleaner look but requires sizing (S/M, L/XL).
Yes. We stock a fabric color often referred to as “Carolina Blue” or “Powder Blue” that closely matches the iconic light blue shade popular in fishing gear.
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design. This allows small teams and charters to get professional gear. For custom dyed fabrics, the MOQ is higher.
Our performance fabrics are engineered to be sweat-resistant. Unlike cotton which absorbs sweat and creates visible salt lines, our poly-spandex blend wicks moisture away and dries fast, minimizing visible staining.
Yes. The Flex-Style mesh back is highly elastic. Our L/XL size comfortably fits head circumferences up to 60-61cm (7 5/8). We can also manufacture custom XXL sizes upon request.
Absolutely. We recommend ordering a pre-production sample. We will manufacture one hat with your logo and ship it to you (or send photos) for approval to ensure the fit and embroidery meet your standards.
If you choose embroidery, it is permanent and will not peel. If you choose patches, we use water-resistant adhesives and sewing to ensure they withstand saltwater spray and sun exposure without delaminating.
Sample production takes 5-7 days. Bulk production typically takes 2-3 weeks after sample approval. We offer expedited air shipping (5-7 days) for urgent tournament deadlines.
