How long does it take to produce custom hats?

A: Our standard timelines:
Samples: Delivered within 7 business days (includes 3 free design revisions).
Bulk Production: 15-25 days after sample approval (for orders under 1,000 pieces).

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We offer a full range of customization options. This includes various logo applications like 3D puff embroidery and custom leather patches, as well as custom labels, inner taping, and a wide selection of fabrics and closures.

What types of customization do you offer?

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color,Flexible options for all needs:

  • Leather Patch Hats: 100 pcs is required.
  • Rubber Patch Hats: Minimum of 50 units; styles and colors can be mixed within this quantity.
  • Embroidered Hats: Minimum of 50 units.
  • Fully Custom Hats (e.g., unique colors or models): Minimum of 300 units.
  • Special Techniques (e.g., 3D silicone labels): MOQ 100 pieces.

How long does it take to produce custom hats?

Production times vary depending on the customization:

  • Leather Patch Hats: Approximately 2–3 weeks plus shipping.
  • Rubber Patch Hats: Approximately 4–6 weeks plus shipping.
  • Embroidered Hats: Approximately 3–4 weeks plus shipping.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
What file formats are accepted for logo submissions?

What are the options for decoration methods?

Standard decoration methods include:

  • Embroidery: Suitable for most designs; priced by stitch count.

Do you offer custom hats with no minimum, like custom embroidered hats no minimum or custom patch hats no minimum?

“This is one of the most common questions we receive. While we do not offer ‘no minimum’ custom hats in the traditional sense, we have a process designed to provide the best possible quality and value for serious brands.
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per style. Here’s why this is a major advantage for your brand:

Once a design proof is approved and production has started, changes or cancellations are usually not possible. It’s essential to review the evidence carefully before agreeing.

Can I order blank caps wholesale without any customization?

Yes. In addition to our full customization services, we offer all of our hat styles as blank hats wholesale. This is a great option for distributors or businesses who do their own decoration. Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces per style and color still applies.

What are the shipping options and costs?

We offer several shipping options, including standard air freight, express air freight (like DHL/FedEx), and sea freight for very large orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order volume, weight, and destination. We will provide you with a detailed shipping quote along with your product quote.

We need to receive the full payment because it incurs a significant cost to produce the products. You can check our quality before placing your order. According to company policy, all goods must be paid for before shipment.

How do you pay by bank?
